What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Orders shipping within Jordan:

Standard (3-7 Business Days)
Expedited (1-3 Business Days)
Prime (1 Business Day)

Orders shipping internationally from Jordan:

International (7-14 Business Days)
International Plus (7-14 Business Days)*

All shipping estimates include three business days for printing and processing time.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

If you are concerned as to the estimated amount of time your order will take to arrive, we have just the answer for you!

Before your order is shipped, it must be processed. We ask that you allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for processing. This gives us time to make sure your items are picked and packed with care!

International shipping times vary dramatically depending on what country you are in.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Within 12 hours of ordering, you can cancel your order by sending an email to There won’t be any charges. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Can I Order Items That are Currently Not in Stock?

How do I Make a Purchase?

If you know what you are looking for, use the link. You can also shop by browsing via the search engine, click on the magnifying glass and type what your are looking for.
Once you have found an item, select your options and use the ‘ADD TO CART’ button underneath.
Review the items in your shopping cart by selecting the ‘SHOPPING CART‘ link at the top of the page. You can add more products and continue shopping or use the ‘REMOVE FROM BASKET’ link to delete items from your shopping cart.
Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.

How Do I Know if an Item is on stock?

Our current stock is listed on our website. If your desired item is not available in the drop-down menu of a product, it means this item is out of stock. If you have special requests concerning availability, please call or email our Customer Care department. Shoes & Shirts does not work with a waiting list; when more sizes become available they are immediately displayed online and available for purchase.

How Do I Reset My Password?

If you have forgotten your password, request a new password online and we send your new password via email, which you can reset afterwards again.
